Not easy to use, Stops working
Tool is not as easy to use as it seems to be. Stopped working after few days, even though new batteries were installed.

Kid is occupied
It's new. So papers are getting wasted as the child is not comfortable yet. But it is keeping him busy. I would have given 5 🌟 but delivery was super delayed. It says 1 day but it took a week.

Defective product and no customer service
Poor quality product - mine was not working at all. it’s also not returnable. And worst customer service from Amazon as well. Terrible experience overall. If anyone is reading and looking to make amends, I would love a functional replacement or money back.
