Can I use this knife as a carving knife?

Even though it's a bread knife, i have had to use it as a carving knife. It doesn't make the cleanest cut necessarily, but it will work in a pinch

Can i use this to cut vegetables?

I was disappointed in this knife. It squishes down bread instead of cutting it. It’s not designed for veggies (too long) and not sharp.

What is the Blade length? Not overall length but only the blade length....

the blade alone is 14 inches long, the handle adds another 5 inches
