Agree with the previous poster who said the guide is skimpy...it is. It's sufficient for three days in Cinque Terra but not more.

Information is fairly skimpy and just covers the basics; quality is poor, e.g. all pictures are black and white, and text needs an editor.

Its a portable little volume but there is plenty of info.

For the money, it is OK, but very brief

This was purchased as a gift for a friend who is planning a trip to Cinque Terre. She loved it! I did not read it myself, so this is based solely on her reaction to the gift!

I've been to Cinque Terre many years ago and it was so beautiful. Reading this book I realized I missed so much of what the area has to offer, I wished I would've had this book while I traveled there. I'm planning another trip soon so this book will definitely be essential. I appreciate the book describing so many places to go see, as well as things to do. I remember doing some of the suggestions and how enjoyable it was, and now looking forward to so many more possibilities.

Surprisingly amateurish book. Black and white throughout with no maps makes it an unattractive read. Some useful information hidden away but not well indexed. Could do better and now I need to get a decent book with maps before our holiday.

Although no colour pics, loads of useful and up to date info How to get there what to do when you are there etc etc.Small enough for your pocket

Good little all round guide, light enough to pack in hand luggage.

Interesting book about an area i am unfamiliar with. Having read it i am keen to see the area
