I'm confused, please read and answer.!
The product tastes like rubber and I'm afraid it was damaged during the delivery.I don't think it was intended to be like that, someone please tell me if this product is supposed to taste like this, should I continue to take this even after this condition.!?

As you can see in picture they are putting this type of cotton inside. Little particles of cotton are getting mixed with capsules.

Some improvement, combined vit D3 would be better.
Writing this after about 2 weeks, early to say conclusively about effect, though feeling little better. Vit D3 2k IU combined together would be more advantageous. I am taking it separately.

Side effects
Not effective. On the other hand causes lot of acidity , bloating and stomach issues . Very disappointed.

Makes a big difference in winter
I've been taking this before bedtime (occasionally in summer, more frequently in winter) and have noticed that it helps with sleep, energy, and mood.
