This shampoo doesn't promote hair growth. If you oil your hair, then to wash your hair a lot of shampoo is required. It eventually makes hair dry and unnourished.

Since I am a regular user, I like it. I have been using it since 2-3 years now. Value for money, Effective in hair fall and soft.

I have read a few comments in Amazon that bottle cap is not working properly. Inspite of reading such feedback , I have ordered the product. I'm also experiencing the same issue. Pressing the lid option is not at all working right from the beginning. Every time we need to open the complete cap and take the shampoo so as more chances for wastage. It's an expensive product and Mamaearth company should take customers feedback seriously and need to resolve the issue.

The shampoo is good but will have to check the results after using it over a period of time. The packaging can be improved as I got the product in a bad condition. The shampoo had spilled over the bottle and was slightly messy to handle the bottle.

I have not received cap of shampoo,loadge a complain for resolution.
