Advanced Scar Gel - Serum Reduces Old & New Scars - Best Treatment for Burns, Cuts, Acne Spots & Stretch Marks

Superb product for hypertrophic scar issues - takes off redness, itching, tightness, ache... I used it from week 12 post surgery to currently, about 7mos now. I wish I started as early as 1-2 weeks post-op, but I was given a scar cream with onion extract in it, then k_cell, then silicone patches. None worked. Some of the above onion-based products caused allergic reaction every time (itch, redness, rash- so tread with caution!) This Azally cream, which got me hesitating at first (when I saw ‘made in China’) but bought it after reading its ingredients & reviews. It turned out to be an excellent quality medical silicone cream, with very pleasant texture, well absorbed, doesn't stain or leave oily mark on clothes, or bed-linen, doesn't have any odour, substantially reduces discomfort and redness of even raised hypertrophic scar on a very mobile joint (shoulder) where silicone patches simply don't stick & stay. I can't recommend this enough! 5*

I have been using scar gel for nearly two weeks (started using 4 weeks post op) and I am impressed with results. I can certainly recommend the product.

I was a little sceptical about buying this after seeing some of the reviews but thought I’d give it a go anyway and so far I’m extremely happy with the results I’m seeing after just 5 days of use (twice a day). I have some really bad acne scars and the scars look and feel to be improving. I really hope this continues!! I love the texture and feel of the product on my skin, it’s not leaving me with shiny skin like other products have done in the past. I’ll update my review if anything changes (or doesn’t change any further). Update to original. It worked a little but not that much at all. Definitely not for long term use or for helping improve deep or old scars. Have found better products that have helped stop my acne breakout too

In 1990 I had a cycling accident which resulted in a large, z-shaped, scar running from the right-hand corner of my mouth to under my jawline. In recent years the scar tissue of my facial scar started to harden and pucker and the scar became more uneven and even more pronounced and noticeable so I decided that it was time to try to do something about it. After a short time searching, I found this gel on Amazon and bought a tube to test it on the scar, initially with very few expectations, given the age and severity of the scar. I apply the Azally gel 3 times a day and massage it in deeply following the contour of the facial scar. I began to see a difference after only around 5 days and the scar has continued to fade with each application. I think that the greatest improvement happens overnight after applying it just before bed. Even after only 2 weeks of use, shaving is now much less hazardous and the scar has faded by around 50% from what it was.

There’s not scent and I bought this after removing a mole, I know it says to not use it in wounds that are still healing but it really helped the healing process. I can’t say for sure if it works for now, but what I can say is I think it is doing its job. Very Moisturising

didn’t work and wouldn’t re-purchase

I was sceptical at using this gel initially but after reading the other good reviews about it, I thought I’d give it a go. I have a scar on my right cheek on my face that was left from a removal of a cystic acne lump. I’ve been using this product for around 2 weeks now and can already notice a visible difference. The scar is starting to soften down and the skin around it is starting to look a lot more natural than before. I use this cream twice a day and will continue to do so over the next couple of months. It’s a great gel and works for me.

Hi. I wanted to share my experience of this gel, having recently gone through emergency open heart surgery at 35 I have been looking around at all different scar treatments but as I'm still recovering didn't want anything that's a hassle, intense or could impact it's heal. I have three scars s large one down the little if my chest and two cross shaped ones where the drains went. I have been using this product 4 weeks and can already see a difference my large scar is less red/purple and starting to turn white, the two crosses have really surprised me and are both now only half crosses, I use this twice a day morning and before bed and have just ordered my second tube, there's no scent to it and it goes on really easy and soaks in well, it doesn't sit on my skin like bio oil did. Will keep using in hope that it just gets better.
