it works so far even though stuck the tape sometimes but is good and it didn’t come with the hdmi wire i use my own so it came with the remote control that’s it not everything shows only remote thanks

I was very disappointed with this product. I bought this brand new thinking that this would last for quite a while. I had it hooked up, ready to go and the drawer for the DVD will not open. I called the helpline and they couldn’t give me anything that would get it open, either. It was suggestedthat I could have somebody come out. I’m having it repaired. I bought this brand new so I would have no problems with it and I didn’t want it repaired or buy a reconditioned one, either. I sent it back and got a refund.

Super easy to use and great picture quality when transferring VHS to DVD. I was hoping to convert my VHS tapes onto DVD because the picture quality was starting to get fuzzy on my VHS home videos (from the early 1990s). The fuzziness did NOT carry into the DVD when I converted it. The picture quality of the DVD after converting was better than I could have ever expected. Would recommend if you are looking to use this as a converter.

I am very happy with my Magnavox DVD VCR Combo unit. This unit plays all formats of my DVDs (my previous Maxnavox unit did not). I am also able to play my beloved VHS recordings. I had not been able to on my old unit. The Magnavox Seller was very thoughtful to include two remotes, two cables and a VHS cassette. The unit was packed very well and arrived in good/safe condition. There would be only one slight criticism and that is the price was a little high for a used unit. But on the other hand, the unit performs very well, I have not had any negative issues with it and I am happy with the purchase.

I have been wanting to backup my video tapes and looking for a VHS to CD recorder for some time. Having the tapes backed up commercially was to expensive so I opted to buy my own machine. Easy to do, just takes time and patience. Now my family videos of the kids from years ago are safely stored on CD's and will be useable for years to come.

This is the third VHS ordered through Amazon and each one is a failed product. Would return item; however, do not want it shipped to another purchaser. Fortunately the DVD plays.

purchased this on march 3rd, 2024....unit stopped working 2 weeks later. reported to seller [within the 30 day guarantee they stated] it is now Sept. 20th, 2024 and even after numerous messages to this seller I am still setting here with a broken device and no resolution to the problem. this is the worse seller i have ever dealt with in over 20 years of buying from Amazon. guess this is how they make their money, sell you something, take your money and don't do anything to honor their agreement. THIS SELLER IS A RIP OFF!!
