Love it
This really saves my fingers when massaging knots in my neck or shoulders. I’ve also used it on other trigger point across my body, including my jaw. It’s very useful.

Really good
I bought this immediately after a fellow hypermobile person recommended it on TikTok. I use it a lot for my shoulder, neck, and head aches and pains. It’s quite lightweight and small so I can fit in in my handbag so that I can use it out and about as well. Definitely recommend it.

First, I did not receive this product free or at a discount. This is my honest review. This thing is awesome! I have had a trigger point spot in my back since I was 19 years old, I'm 54 now, I'm not here to do math. I have had so much pain and discomfort with this spot for decades.... My poor husband has had to dig his thumb in to massage it and loosen the knot up. But 5 minutes later its bothersome again. I also have a masseuse come to the house every other week and focus an hour on my back and the trigger point, VERY deep tissue. Everything I have tried is only temporary even with the masseuse the pain relief lasts about two hours maybe three if I'm lucky. My husband massaging it lasts about 5 to 10 minutes we have used end of wooden spoon, the rubber handles of serving spoons everything to try to get in there and work it we've used smooth rocks that we've collected over the years we've used fascia therapy balls we've used tennis balls and lacrosse balls...everything is temporary. But last night was the first time I tried this thing, and I am still in no pain almost 24 hours later. I've got three more hours to go before it's 24 hours and zero pain, zero discomfort. I highly recommend this!! I will never be without one and I'm going to travel with mine. Truly remarkable!
