The insulation is fantastic, keeping our hot coffee warm for several hours, a very comfortable temperature. Easy to use and easy to clean. Expect cold drinks in summer to work just as well.

These are very well insulated (cold or hot!) Used one for hot coffee and one for iced—pre heated the hot one with hot water for 30mins-1hr before event and stayed warm for most of the day we were out. Pre cooled the iced one with ice water for same time and both stayed insulated well! Only took away a star because the seal isn’t great on the lid and it leaked a little while my partner carried it. Maybe I need to retry it, but overall the insulation is more important to me as I set up a stall at events.

We enjoyed using it when we have a big gathering

I bought it for an off-site event and it worked really well. It is heavy, even empty! But it kept the coffee very hot. As if I just made it! It is difficult to clean well because it is big and I doubt it can be cleaned well enough to switch between using it for coffee then trying to use it for orange juice, however, it is sturdy, stable, and retains heat very well. If my business warranted it, I would invest in a second one for cold drinks. It was a nice surprise to see spare parts in case you need to replace the latches. I hope they last so I don't have to!

Very sturdy

so far have used this several times, and can see it is very well made, and it does exactly what its supposed to do, which is to keep coffee hot, and it does for a good amount of time as well. I would recommend for large events lasting around 4 hours or so.

Spout started leaking as soon as I filled it. It’s unfortunate because it was for a funeral service. People were disappointed, had to buy coffee for the event. Now I have to pay to return it back to the seller…
