This was a required book for a graduate class. I found the book easy to read and understand. I was able to apply the concepts of this book to my schoolwork and to my job.

Great for school

This is being used as a textbook for a graduate class. It is written on an interesting manner with lots of case studies.Now that I am at the end of the course, I see the last 2 chapters are missing. Others complained chapter 3 was missing, which I have, but chapters 21 & 22 are missing. I bought 2 versions, the 2014 and the 2010 both have the same missing chapters. i need these chapters to complete my assignment.if you have to buy this book, check it out as soon as you get it.very disappointed

This book is very good reading, large print, and easy to follow. Love the layout of the chapters with the review at the end of each chapter...fantastic

This book is the best. I have learned so much after reading this book. I am more cognizant of how lawsuits can occur in the health care field. I am more careful in providing care to my patients. It also encouraged me to acquire my own malpractice insurance. I am recommending this book to every nurse.C.P. of Los Angeles

Book arrived on time, but Chapter 13 was shredded. Looked like a cat or dog ripped it! I hope I don't need a lot of information from that chapter when my class starts. Book was rated as good!
