Q: Anyone with adhd that has had success with this?

I have ADHD and normally I can consume multiple coffees and or energy drinks a day and it hardly has any effect on me . I can drink coffee and go straight to bed . THIS STUFF THOUGH…. This gives me energy! But not in a crazy crack head way . It’s a good awake feeling energy that lasts a pretty long time with no crash either. Honestly it’s the best thing to ever happen to me . I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I hardly ever drink coffee because one scoop of this gets me through the whole day.

Q: Does this have any flavor? If so is it light enough to disappear in a shake?

This is very bitter in my opinion. I mixed it in water and had to choke it down.

The scoop is 2cc (which is ~.4tsp)

Q: I know this product has a 1,000 milligrams is that the same as 100 grams. I heard that a very low dose of gurana is good for brain support?

Yes I believe so I use it everyday in my loaded teas one small scoop contains 1gram which is the serving size and has 100 grams per container ♥️
