Dissatisfied
The gift was good. But happy birthday was printed in a white paper which made me dissatisfied. Hope they use a stylish card from the next time.! For what did you charged extra money? There was no packaging.

Not sturdy
The product is not at all sturdy. My baby is falling off it as the back is not sturdy. It’s cute but not safe. You need to keep a cushion or something behind for support. They had mentioned 10 days return was there but after the purchase it’s only showing as replacement! So I am forced to keep it with us. So if your baby is big or on the heavier side please avoid it.
