If you like Urfa Biber Pepper, then this is the best buy you will find. My local spice shop charges $3.25 for 1 oz. of Urfa. The quality is excellent and I will certainly buy again when I am out. Roast some veggies at 375 for 20-30 min, depending on the veggie. Put the veggies in a ziploc bag, a little olive oil, your favorite spices and then a tablespoon of Urfa Biber Pepper. Earthy and Delicious!!! Excellent Product here!

This is the worst isot I have ever eaten. It smells bad and also it is so dry. There are more then ten different qualitiy peppers in Urfa and this one is probably the worst quality one.

Awesome! So fresh you'll feel like you just bought it from a Turkish spice market. I've never found Turkish spices of this quality outside of Turkey! Shipping was CRAZY FAST! And they combined shipping automatically which saved me a bunch of money. This has a very earthy campfire'esh flavor and can basically liven up anything.

This dark and earthy pepper flake is mild but flavorful. Less earthy than Mexican dried Chilaca or Pasilla pepper, it integrates well with many southern European cuisines without overpowering them the way many Mexican or Indian dried chili's do.

One tasty pepper. Comes chopped and dry. I pond is a lot. Mild, earthy hot. Probably different in taste to other peppers you have tasted if you haven't tasted this one. Definitely give it a try.
