Last time I played a board game and enjoyed it was probably Risk a gazillion years ago. Then I got this for my 10-year-old niece for Christmas and decided to sit down with her and her parents and help her get the hang of it over Christmas dinner. She fell asleep and we were still playing this.After Christmas, still wanting to play I convinced some other friends to play it, and now we are hooked and have bought additional villains. You don't have to be a Disney fan to like it, but if you are, then you will really love it. It's a strategy game where you can get creative and play in any way you like - making it easy or hard on yourself and others. Every time you play is different while keeping to the same base rules.Getting started may seem daunting, but it's worth going through the instructions to play the game. There are youtube videos that help explain it. Totally worth it. For the record, my Villains play group currently has a 35 year old, a 38 year old, a 51 year old and a 60 year old. It really is for all ages.

I play this game all the time! The pieces are cute and the objectives are pretty easy once you figure them out

My kids and I love the Villainous games. My personal favorite out of this expansion is Hades. Such a fun game once you figure out the rules.
