Need a scale to use, as all ingredients are measured by weight. Not professionally produced. No photos.

I'd return it, but honestly, it's not worth my time. Very low quality, difficult to use.

Recipes use low fat dairy and processed meats such as bacon and ham. I thought Naomi was better than this!

FRAUD - YOU'RE LOOKING AT A FRAUDULENT VERSION OF NAOMI WHITTEL'S BOOK
DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK.People are inadvertently buying this believing it is the actual book Glow 15 BY Naomi Whittel. I own the actual books by Naomi Whittel and they are wonderfully written, with great plans and DELICIOUS recipes. Amazon needs to remove this fraudulent book.

Amateurish, badly designed and lacks info about portions/macros
This is the most amateurish cookbook I have ever seen. The layout is awful, with the recipe names in very pale and tiny font so that you hardly see them and certainly can’t flick through and scan recipe titles. The instructions read like a year 7 child wrote them... littered with “First, you”, “after that... after that... after that... then you... then you... then you...” it’s so annoying I don’t know if I’ll cope.There are no indications of portion sizes anywhere or how many each recipe should serve. It’s billed as “A lifestyle plan that will make you loose weight, look and feel younger in just 15 days” There is no PLAN in this book. No guidelines. There is a brief introduction - large font, maybe 500 words tops- so full of typos and grammatical errors it reads like it was dictated to a student learning to speak English. The intro basically tells the reader how important it is to follow a healthy diet. Above all, there are no macros listed for any of the recipes.While I am inclined to just throw it away, I will at least try a few recipes when I go on my autophagy fast next week. I will just have to calculate all of the macros myself.
