I liked the product, earlier I had used plastic shoe horn which broke after long use. But the one with Brass seemed a lifectimes treasure. However, was disappointed 😞.Can you replace the product please?

I called customer service for returning the shoe stick .So i spoken to Ms.Neelam..She checked the image and solved my solution immediately. So nice to behavior to the customer. I want to give excellent feedback to her. Please keep this type guy in the service centre.

Bad product, received with broken woood handle and detached top Horse head handle. Useless product. Amazon should remove the vendor from list. Since I do not have time, else I would have certainily returned this item for refund...miserably redicilious...
