Yes, you can use Lustre Solo on any part of the body affected by acne.

I have spots around my nose, will the Solo stick to this area?

The Solo device is not flexible, but has a slight curve to sit on the flatter areas of the face or body. However, some people do manage to use it on the nose area, but it can take a bit of time to get the position right and make sure the light doesn't shine in the eyes.

Can you buy additional sticky pads

Yes, just search for LUSTRESTRIPS. They are currently available in packs of 60.

Can I use this for more than 20 minutes a day?

The guideline recommends 20 mins per day per treatment area, so you can use the device for 20 minutes on multiple areas but not on the same area.
