Finally the one!
I've purchased so many travel mugs that have had issues with keeping the drinks hot and also leaking. Finally I have found this one and it's just brilliant. It has a flip opening so that takes a little getting used to, but it does the job very nicely. I even made myself a drink before bed and woke up the next morning to find it still hot. It doesn't leak at all and it's slightly bigger than the average ones, so more tea! I have purchased three of these in different colours, I am so impressed!!

It's great I love it I use it every day and it's amazing it hasn't leaked, its easy to clean, keeps my coffee hot for hours 😁much needed for working with kids 😂. 100 % recommend.

Practical and pretty.
I can't make tea in my current place of work which is a full-on catastrophe. I have two other BUILT insulated mugs - one has been pilfered by my daughter, and the other is badly designed and sticks so tightly that only a pair of pliers will open it - so I am clinging tightly to this one. It's worth scalding it first to properly keep the heat, but it makes my morning cuppa possible and, thus, life bearable! Based on recent experience, tea made at 08:00hrs will still be drinkable at noon. This is A Good Thing as far as I can see.The colour's pretty sweet too!

Keeps drinks hot (if you can keep it in the cup)
it works well in regards to keeping the drink hot but it leaks A LOT!

I’ve only used this twice and the clip on the top has broken, which allows you to open close the lid to drink.I’d appreciate contact and either an exchange or refund. Thanks

Sturdy and well insulated
Bought the chrome and blue a few weeks ago, no complaints except the colour finishes wernt very clear on the listing. I trialled hot water and from 6pm - 8am the following morning the flask that was filled to the top was still slightly warm so they are great if you're going out for a few hours. If I was being super picky the mouth of the lid could be a nicer shape but its negligable.

Keeps it hot but it does leak
The cup is lovely and definitely keeps it hot.My complaint is that mine leaks a lot despite not dropping it and only hand washing , not very happy
