We bought these for Thanksgiving dinner that we were hosting, to go with the other set I purchased with plates, silverware and cups.So far we've used them three times!! Once for Thanksgiving, once for Christmas and once for New Years Eve.I've hand washed them as well as placed everything in the dishwasher (all shelves) and they are still holding up great.One thing to mention is that after washing them the first time in the dishwasher they went from a gold finish to a silver finish, which I didn't mind because I wanted silver originally but they were sold out.Overall I would highly recommend and if needed I will purchase them again.

We ordered these bowls to use for our church Valentines Sweetheart Banquet in conjunction with the gold-rimmed plastic place settings that looked like china. They arrived when promised, and only three items were cracked or broken in shipment.They are BEAUTIFUL! We used them to serve a generous helping of salad as our second course.We received a MULTITUDE of compliments on how attractive they were and how surprisingly sturdy.After the Banquet, we hand washed, rinsed, and dried the bowls (and other plastic dishes) and packed them up for future use.Highly recommend and would order again!!

I was having a Friendsgiving celebration and wanted the table to look beautiful and put together, but I didn't want to spend the entire evening in the kitchen doing dishes. These bowls looked beautiful and held up to soup, salad and pasta courses. I paired them with a set of dishes and silverware that were had a similar design for an overall put together look
