These were terrible. It's not just a hint of salt. It's salty AF. And they don't taste like black licorice at all. The worst black licorice candy I have ever tried. Do not recommend.

This candy is definitely for those who like black licorice. If that's not you, you won't like this candy. BUT,I'd you do like black licorice, this is definitely the candy for you. I myself am a big fan of salted black licorice. Although the salt taste in thus candy is slight, as described, it's very pleasant. The texture of the licorice itself isn't soft. It's firm, and chewy as described. I personally don't mind one way or the other. But it's something to keep in mind if you like a particular candy texture. Overall, I think these licorice coins are delicious.

I have ordered these licorice coins regularly and they are exactly the texture and flavor I so enjoy. They have always been fresh and just the right amount of chewy. Unfortunately the order I just received today are stale and hard.

This licorice really spoils me for any other licorice. It’s firm, but chewy and does have a very slight saltiness. I think it’s great!
