It works, but not a good experience so far!!!
So this is a long post, because the process of getting this box to work wasn't straight forward. Read On.Initially it connected to my WiFi. But couldn't access Google. Netflix. Internet Browser. Google Play Store. So not such a positive outcome so far. Inserted a 128GB SD card. No difference. Spent an hpur on the phone to Amazon customer support. The last Andoid box that I bought could browse then Internet but wouldn't download apps. That went back! Is it just me? Or are all these products just flawed technology, packaged to sell. In the hope that we won't return 50% of them???Update, i couldn't get Play Store to launch. But when i clicked on one of the pre loaded apps, it needed updating and asked me if i wanted to update. I said yes, expecting it to fail. But no, it launched Play Store and updated. From that point forward i had access to load all the UK TV Players and the Eurosport App.This would appear to be a permissions issue. Caused by the manufacturer. Loaded apps have permission to launch Play Store but not users. I did nothing other that accept an update for an app. Then Play Store is accessible. However, the version of Netflix is out of date and cannot be updated on the Play Store. In fact there is no version of NETFLIX on the 'version' of Play Store presented on the unit. But Does appear to be updatable on 'Aptoide TV' which as i understand it is a non-Google android app store. However, when i try to update it on Aptoide it never installs....Or appears not to..... But having become bored, i leave it for 30 minutes. Come back and Netflix launches from the Netflix Icon in the predefined menu....it's just i still can't see Netflix as an app on the Play Store. So how come it's now working???Watched some TV. Not thrilled with the picture quality on my 42in 1080 TV. Looks more SD.I have spent 4 hours on getting Prime, Netflix, ITV Player, Eurosport Player, BBC Iplayer and All4 apps loaded and getting internet access. Including about 1.5 hours on the phone to Amazon Customer Support. You know even at this stage where it all appears to work. Notwithstanding the porrer than expected picture quality i'm in two minds about whether i should keep it or send it back.I am concerned that in a years time something like the version of android on the box will no longer be supported by some of the media app makers... Also, i am not sure that i am looking at a real 'Play Store'No a good experience. This stuff should be plug and play.

Basic box for the money
Compared to Amazon Fire Stick aside from size not much different bar the SD card slot and 6k (if you have a 6k TV) it arrived in an unsealed box and the top was scratched under the cellophane but for the price I’m not messing around printing labels and sending it back. Set up was easy nothing too technical. I side loaded some apps , most worked done crashed on start so obviously sone compatibility issues. Doesn’t run latest android and I’m not even attempting to upgrade the OS when you have other boxes you can buy will 11/12/13 on thrm. Not as fast as a phone which is to be expected. The allwinner chipset won’t win any awards for speed but it works, not the worst android device I’ve seen or owned nor is it the best but for the price you can’t complain. The ONLY major gripe is sound - even at full volume on my Jabba Evi 65 headphones it’s volume isn’t great, passable but throttled so if you like blaring music this will disappoint hands down. It’s size is good to tuck away under a TV or Monitir but you’ll need to use blue tack as it just will not site flat with the cables. Talking of which they must have run out of power cable as the PSU is the shortest cable I’ve seen in a long time, don’t expect to put this on the TV and have the box 6 ft away. Not happening. In summary basic box for the price, nothing to write home about and get excited over. Ideal for the kids bedroom. Remote works fine and I plugged in my Logitech keyboard and mouse combo to log into google play as the remote is slow and it’s a PITA trying to input complex passwords. 3 of 5 starts is justified. As said the only major gripe is the volume is poor.

Not as simple as plug and play
A great bit of tech if your tech savvy! This is a fantastic bit of kit blows the Amazon firestick out the way! If you take your time to watch videos on how to use it it’s worth the purchase also helps having a usb keyboard for those who don’t want to sit there typing stuff with the remote.

It's ok
Just wish I purchased something with Android 10.I was also expecting a certified version of the app store which this is not. I also wish this had Bluetooth and somehow it doesn't allow files to be transferred by using Google files.Be that as it may, it still works excellently when using Kodi and is compatible with many apps on the store and other streaming services. IPTV streaming is quick which I like and little to no hang time. You always need to use a mouse to move a pointer about which is highly annoying with remotes like these and I just wish someone made it obvious where you are highlighted.Overall I was expecting a better quality unit as my last purchase was from WISH and it froze and I would prefer that device to work than use this device any longer.Suggest everyone uses a more up-to-date version of Android BUT if you are new to IPTV and streaming online then this would be a good entry level unit for you to try for a few years. Just buy extra storage as and when you need it

Worst android box on the market
Constant WiFi disconnects, the screen goes black every 2-3 minutes for sometimes up to 10 minutes, apps take forever to load, the remote is awful and it's generally a terrible user experience.Save your money and buy literally anything else
