I think I lost it before i could use it...

it is what it is
It is a simple product that is as described. I used it to connect the proper 3/16" ID hose to my MIG and attached this on the other end with a quick fitting. Shipping is high. There are cheaper options now on Amazon since I bought this. I will be getting a cheaper one now that I need another.
