Garnier Olia Permanent Hair Color - Blonde 8.0

I’ve used this for years .. was extremely upset when drug stores or supermarkets stopped carrying it… Thank you Amazon for enabling me to get it .. Keeps my color and not damaging to my hair .. I implore Ganier Olia to KEEP Medium BLOND 8.0

I used 6.0, Natural Brown. This is a good line and my first time trying it out. There is no harsh odor that makes your bathroom smell and it feels good to apply. It’s a little runnier than most hair dyes I’ve used at home, but that might be a good thing as this Olia did well covering greys. I will say though that most boxed hair dye, and this is no exception, tends to make hair swing warm/brassy regardless of your natural shade (mine is cool). I ended up with the shade I wanted, but it’s a little too warm, so I’ll be buying some toner to even things out. That’s why I took off a star, because the product page suggested this shade if you wanted to avoid warm tones. I will use Olia in the future and give it another go, but my friend who is a hairstylist suggests leaving it on another 5-7 minutes to ensure more time to process (I left it on for the full 30 as directed and my hair is a natural light brown shade). I will also be using an applicator brush and bowl set to help the dye penetrate the greys more evenly.

I love the color! Not brassy or loud, just a beautiful classy shade of violet. The no ammonia I think makes color last a longer time than other brands hair color I've used.

Total rip off!!! This hair color kit did NOT come with the essential squeeze bottle that you add the developer to and then apply to your hair. Therefore, I had to apply the developer & the dye separately on my head and then mix it in my hair that way. Ridiculous. Also, there were NO INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. The product was very poor quality; my hair didn't even turn that color and basically it was a complete waste of $. Save yourself the $ and the aggravation

I absolutely love this color, just wish would be a little cheaper for two , as for the plastic gloves they give you Too tight for small hands, rather have the ones they had before

all the writing was in Bulgarian I did not like the way it was set up.
