This bed took a while to assemble but the directions are clear and easy to follow. It is sturdy and is quite comfortable.

Bought for my daughter who is 3, almost 4 . She had a hard time sleeping alone in her bedroom until I bought this cutie which was super easy to install & absolutely adorable . Great purchase & she’ll be keeping this for a long time !

First tip: assembly definitely requires two people. Give yourselves a good 2 or 3 hours, a lot of patience, and maybe a bottle of wine.Tip 2: READ the little boxes on each page before starting each step of instructions. No kidding. When assembling the main bottom frame (twice - there are two), secure all of one side of all poles 5, 5a, and 6 into side-beam 7 first; then just pop the other #7 side-beam on and bolt down. Save yourself the 45 minutes of cursing that I went through. Also, the middle bolt for cross-bar #5 (going into bar #9) is way too long; the nut (#H) would not screw on to tighten it down, so we just left that bolt out. It's fine without it.The end result is amazing. I am SO thrilled! I have never had a bed that I've chosen for myself before. So, at 45 years old, I finally have the princess canopy bed I've dreamed of since I was a little girl (only queen-size, for a grown-up princess).The curtains are sold separately, but I found a great set on Amazon that have re-closeable loops (so easy to put on) and look delicate and whimsical.Tip 3: I opted for the "gold" frame, knowing it wouldn't be shiny gold. And it isn't. It's more of a powder-coating dull bronze color. It is exactly what I expected after reading previous reviews, but others should be aware - it isn't the shiny brass shown in the website item pics.Regarding other reviews: mine doesn't "squeak" or "shake" at all! I think there was some user-error involved in their assembly. My final product is super-sturdy, totally silent when bounced on (heh heh), and all the pieces were included and in perfect condition upon arrival.This is my dream bed come true. Would definitely buy it again. (But I don't expect the need will arise - I opted for the extended warranty.)

Although it took about an hour and a half to put this canopy bed together, it was worth it! The bed looks great and is pretty sturdy. We are very happy with it.

After reading many reviews I definitely laughed when I opened the bolts. They're all gold! So they match! And honestly I didn't even care if they matched or not because I knew my scarves would cover it anyways lol Plus since Im an artist, if it bothered me that much I'd just brush some pretty stuff on it. It was very easy to assemble. I can tell the manufacturer definitely listens to what customers have to say regarding the product. The bolts were gold. Everything was very well labeled. No bent pieces. No missing pieces. The only two extra pieces that were extras just in case was an "I" washer, a "H" nut, and a "B" bolt. I am grateful for that as I have twin toddlers and they tend to have moments and get all curious as to what I'm doing. I didn't lose any so that's good lol I easily put everything together with the allen wrenches. They locked in very well so I didn't have a slip issue with them which I loved. I did this by myself. Help was very unnecessary. Box was small and tall but heavy so I did 3 or 4 trips upstairs to carry all of the pieces. Didn't have an issue with paint scraping off. It seems very sturdy as well. I'm also a petite 115 so I truly hope it stays sturdy! I definitely had to warn my children no jumping on my bed. Some number stickers were on the ends. Not sure if some didn't see that before and wrote reviews saying stuff wasn't numbered. Maybe they weren't. Who knows lol But thank you thank you for this divine bed! I always wanted a canopy bed, and since I've been separated and moved his stuff out I finally got what I wanted. No used furniture from his previous marriage. A new bed. My first new bed. Im so in love with my bed. Easy to assemble will need help though. Does squeak a lil lol. Overall i love it a lot 💜💜

The bed is beautiful but when I opened the box, the product seemed like it was used and put back in the box. Pieces were out of their plastic bags, the instructions were ripped and missing a page, and the screws were unorganized. Once the bed was put together, it was what I wanted. It was just a pain to put together. Just glad all the pieces were in the box.

I purchased this bed frame two years ago. Most of it has held up really well and made it through a rough move across the country. The top ball pieces unfortunately broke after a short time, however. I figured it was a lost cause and didn’t really affect functionality at all. I decided to take off the canopy portion after our move because our new ceilings are short. Then I realized I’d probably need the balls this time. I reached out to the company just to see what could be done and they actually sent me replacement parts and dealt with the issue really quickly and professionally!
