Designs for Health is a quality brand-hence you pay $70 per bottle. I have ordered 5 times. Efficacy is always the same, ingredients don't upset stomach, you don't get to wired. Lots of B vitamins, which are water soluble, what your body doesn't use it pees out. Yes your pee will be more yellow. Every time I stop taking product and start up again I notice a difference within 2-3 days. I usually start by taking 8 capsules spread out over the day for first 2-3 days (if you can handle it) then reduce to recommended (4 capsules) two in morning two in afternoon. If it has any impact on sleep, just take full dose in morning. If you suffer from fatigue (there is no silver bullet) but this product will help. It has many of the crucial mitochondria supporting supplements backed by research. I have bought my share of supplements over the years. Many do not work as cheaper is not always better. It probably means it has more fillers in it. This one does work. Yes you pay for it. But, as you feel better you may be able to reduce other redundant supplements and just use this one. Of course, ask your doctor first. Also, I would not just take this if you are looking for a multivitamin. These are very specific ingredients for energy. If you don't have problems with energy, don't take it. If you are on several medications, ask doctor first. Peace.

This supplement has been a game changer for me. I deal with many health issues and am very sensitive. This product really helped my fatigue. Don't nap during the day anymore or feel like I need to. I had no side effects what so ever, though I take half dose, 1 cap in am 1 cap in the afternoon. I will say that I no longer order this product from Amazon since they do not have temperature controlled storage. My practitioner told me this is an issue with Amazon and certain supplements where it really matters. My first bottle I ordered from Amazon, and there were a few dark spots in some of the capsules. I was going on vacation and it was very hot a lot of the time travelling by car, plane etc. As time went on more and more black spots appeared so I know it was heat related. All my subsequent bottles (that haven't been from Amazon) arrived and there were no dark spots in the capsules and they never appeared as time went on.

This is an excellent mitochondrial cleanser. I felt a clearing and freeing of energy, within an hour of my first dose. And nerves felt better, as well.

I was diagnosed with MS this year, and never really knew what fatigue was until this year either. This product helped so much with the fatigue, sleepiness but also just plain body fatigue. If you know, you know. Started taking Mitochondrial NRG after doing a ton of research for the best B complex vitamin. Not only is this a solid B complex supplement, it also has ingredients like resveratrol, ALA, CoQ10, curcumin, etc., all great for mitochondrial dysfunction, and for multiple sclerosis. This for sure gave me more energy and possibly helped me recover more quickly from a recent MS attack. Highly suggest this supplement for anyone with an autoimmune disease or other debilitating illness.

It isnt loaded with a bunch of fillers. It has all the b vitamins and cellular protection from coq10 to resvertol. It definitely is necessary with my cp boy. It has minimized his neurostorming because b vitamins are for the central nervous system which helps calm the sympathetic system. I have tried to do without but he cannot. MRI scans show no further degeneration of his brain. Its an expensive but amazing product.

I took this after seeing the other reviews, got extremely nauseous, shaky and dizzy and felt absolutely awful. Amazon won’t return it and the company said well sorry. Awful company, complete rip off on price and now we’re out $80+!

I started taking this supplement and after the 4th day I felt like I had my life back..no more pain, sore muscles, brain fog; I was sleeping better at night and more energy in the daytime. Then I started itching, not just an annoying itch, but deep down want to dig your skin open itch. On the 8th day I woke up with a face so red and swollen it looked like I had a bad shellfish allergy. I'm sad that I had to stop using this product and I've narrowed it down to the Creatine that it contains...I must be allergic to it. I would definitely recommend trying this if you have Fibromyalgia or have been diagnosed with a Mitochondrial disease, but watch for any reactions.

I have double MTHFR gene mutation C677T and 1298A, this is the only B complex I can take. I feel amazing when I do, and notice a difference when i don’t. This also doesn’t turn my urine bright yellow like other brands did, which makes me think I’m absorbing more of it. I think it’s worth trying if you haven’t had success with other brands in the past.

I’ve been taking this for some years now and I really believe it’s effective in helping my immune system health. There are a good number of capsules in the bottle which is of a good weight and not easy to knock over. It appears expensive, but to me the cost is far outweighed by the health benefits.

Excellent product I was able to increase dose no side effects and felt alert, no stomach or sleep issues. I started with 2 caps and was quickly able to dose higher no issues after 1 month + Its packed with other suppliments witch I have taken for over 2 yrs now. I find it works very well with True Niagen witch I take everyday for 2 yrs (I don't endorse only share results). There are many ways to increase your midacondria and recommend learning how to do so. Also tolerated well with high dose Resveratrol I have used many brands. Again I have favorites but don't endorse any. I have been trying to fight cancer and liver disease and I only know how I've been impacted. These suppliments in my opinion - are worth it compared to traditional methods. I have a new lease on life with energy and clarity and I wouldn't share if it wasn't 100%. I have created many of my own issues / i am now finding away back from some of them. ** I suggest that you consult your health care provider** I don't have one so I read as much as I can and network as much as I can. My health is upto me. I try to be mindful of what I eat and take and my body responds accordingly. I have a saying that simplifys this (it's not what you take - its what you take in). Everything matters when it comes to your health I wish I had embraced this much sooner. Be well chose life!!!

Many thanks, Steve. I am the one person who read your review and tried this to help with CFS. I can't remember when I last felt so well and have even been able to do some exercise again. While my life will never be normal, it is once again well worth living.
