Started to take these and had great results, Skin looked amazing, nails and my hair grew in patches that was missing hair. However after a while taking the recommended dose I started to breakout in horribly BIG pimples. I don’t get pimples at all so to get very huge ones that hurt was crazy. I will continue but will lower the doses and see if this helps.

Horbäach's Multi Collagen protein supplement is a high-quality formulation that is for me very effective for hair and nail growth. I only use it for that, so I can't speak of any benefit to joints, tendons or similar. Horbäach's formulation comes from a variety of collagen peptide sources. I can't say I completely understood what Type I, II, III, V and X sources meant when I purchased it, but the supplement facts explain the 2,000mg of come from a variety of bovine, fish, chicken and eggshell membrane sources. I have tried other collagen supplements, and this has been the most effective for me. It is non-GMO and free from artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives. I don't have a gluten, wheat, yeast, lactose, milk or soy allergy, but it nice that Horbäach's formulation excludes those for people who might have those allergies and sensitivities. I have stomach ulcer/heartburn issues, and this supplement is very gentle on my stomach. I take it on an empty stomach as the directions on the label indicate. I have never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Been taking these for a month no noticeable signs im even taken collagen at all my finger nails are actually note brittle and peeling off. I see no difference. I'll keep taking for a few more weeks to see if any magic happens but so far nothing.

This is a very good product. Over time I have noticed a difference in my body and skin.. I receive compliments from males and females who are much younger than me that I look very young. It starts from within along with other things from a healthy body and glowing and wrinkles free skin.
