I felt my muscles tightening so much more when using these. These work so easily and I found that they do best on my carpet/rugs than on my wood floors. The padding side is comfortable but firm so you don't hurt your palms and hands when pressing down but still keep the necessary traction. I actually LOVE these. There's really nothing bad about these.- Lightweight- Targets specific muscles- Multi-color choice- Ease of Use- Small and Thinner size for taking on the goThis would make for a nice gift too. Whether you're into a serious workout, casual exercise, or yoga (my preference), I highly recommend these be added to your regime. You couldn't go wrong with these because they definitely work.

Very easy to use. I put them on a flooring used in barns for padding and they moved just fine.

I bought these for use during my barre classes at home. Slide very easily on carpet, tile, and hardwood.My only negative is in trying out where the sliders work best, the hard plastic side was easily scratched from trying them on tile/hardwood for only a few slides. The "damage" is only cosmetic and doesnt impact their functionality or comfort on my foot. I just expected them to be sturdier.

this product is great for my workouts

One side is for carpet and other side for linoleum / wood flooring. Works great for my workout.

These discs do not slide very well on the floor. The foam backing should maybe be felt for easier mobilization. Considering returning.

I like the quality for the price and the choices of colours. I use it for Beachbody programs like Sure things.

First off I do want to say that the product itself works as described.However, I clearly received a used product. As you can see on the picture, the plastic side that is meant for carpet was received completely scratched.It still works but its a pity to pay full price for a used product...
