OGX's Thick and Full Shampoo is hands down the best I've ever tried. Purchased this product, liked it and purchased again, straight from my purchase history.The new bottle was very different than the first. It has new packaging which was indicated on the product page at time of purchase, and a new formula. The new bottle is a totally different shampoo. Absolutly everything is different; color, texture, viscosity, smell, lather, rinsability, and even the way your hair feels as the day goes on. It's a different product all together. I understand things change and I'm not opposed to that. I still like the new shampoo, but am unsure if I will purchase again as it was just an odd experience that almost feels like a bait snd switch. The previous product seemed to be a little higher quality. The new one is more reminicent of a 2.5 star hotel shampoo. If you really loved the old one, you may not like the new one. Better check your local store for stock of the old style. Still, I give it a 4 out of 5. It's shampoo, it smells OK, it gets my hair clean. The old formula would have been a 5.

This shampoos works as intended. And the smell is fabulous.

I'll probably keep using this the rest of my life if I can. I'm a guy with very small diameter/fine hair. Most shampoos make my hair lie too flat and not be styleable at all. Conditioners make it even worse. But using just this shampoo, not even any hair gel or anything, I get tons of volume and even some hold.

Love the product, not happy with the sticky barcode label stuck to the bottle that left a horrible residue I can't even remove with alcohol, this was a gift! 😒

I really like this shampoo. I have thinner hair and have been looking for something volumizing without using heat. This shampoo definitely adds a bit of volume to my hair, especially after blow-drying it on low-heat. The smell is my favorite part, it smells very professional and expensive while only being $6. My hair hasn’t been oily at all, and it’s been more shiny and healthy-looking.
