Use 100 ml high fat sterilized milk to make lactobacillus yogurt at room temperature (27 C, 8hrs). Far easier to culture than L.reuteri.

Little bit costly but great probiotic to improve your gut and digestive system. It was prescribed by a gastro doctor of Chennai Apollo and after taking it really feeling great.

Very Effective
This Probiotic was really effective, I tried many other Probiotics but they were not as effective, I guess they have less Bioavailability, helped my Gastric problem..

Very good and effective. But highly overpriced. One star less for such high price. Should be made more affordable. After all it's just probiotics, not some high end fancy item.

Product has sugar in it. And i did not get any results on digestion part.
