Calm Supplements with Ashwagandha – Relaxation Pills with Calming Effect – 60 St. John’s Wort, 5HTP, GABA and Ashwagandha Capsules

I work a stressful job, have 4 young kids and go to school, so I was certainly in need of a mood boost some days! I've started taking this daily in the morning and I'm really amazed at the difference I feel. I'm just overall more positive, level headed, and I feel like my brain fog has lifted. I was skeptical a bit, but I'm 100% honest when I say these do exactly what they say. It's definitely a noticable difference in a great way. Better than most supplements I've tried by a mile.

I really enjoy these supplements. I feel much more clear headed since I’ve been taking them. I was always sketchy about stuff like this but using this has made me do a complete 180. The customer service is excellent and answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend!

It was okay it gave me a really bad headache but helped me sleep really good at night

Unfortunately, for me, these pills did not help with my anxiety/mood. However, the company has excellent customer service, which I really appreciated. I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend these because everyone’s body is different and has different reactions than mine did.

I’m impressed. I’ve been taking the supplement for about 2+ weeks. It suggests to take 2 capsules a day, I started off with 1 capsule a day (didn’t know how it was going to effect me) and then worked my way up to 2 capsules. I immediately noticed increased energy. I had been very lethargic and I would tire easily when doing physical activities, like cleaning and laundry. Since taking this, my energy and vigor has improved. I can complete household chores without being winded. My mood has also improved. I can be very irritable, impatient and high strung. I’ve noticed that now I’m much more calmer, patient and easy going. Things that ordinarily would cause me anxiety - do not. Overall, I’m really impressed with the supplement!

I’ve been taking these a little over a week now and I’ve noticed how much my mood has improved. These give me more energy as needed I will be order these again soon.

Got this for my 16 year old who won't take prescriptions. She's highly anxious and never leaves her room, leading to depression. After 3 days of taking this, she's out and about, says she feels happy now and is more energetic. Doesn't seem like a placebo effect as she's tried others. Will update if anything changes. Just taking 1 a day for now.
