Works way better than I thought it would. To make waves stay defined and last long, I wash my hair and put gel overnight so my hair dries by the time I wake up to use the curling iron.

I first purchased a Bed Head Deep Waver a few years back. I am a petite woman with fine/thin high density wavy/curly hair. I tried everything to get the Bed Head to provide wearable results and nothing worked. The waves ended up invisible from frizz to the point I had to wash my hair and start over every use - even with products in hair. I determined Bed Head was too big of an iron and the plate material was not applicable to my hair type/texture. If you are petite with similar hair texture, you will be very impressed by the Conair Waver. It's truly a 180 difference. It is lighter weight, easier to handle while styling, more manageable temperature control without slip, actually visible results with minimal effort AND NO FRIZZ! Thank you Conair!

I was a little skeptical because of the price and also I wasn’t paying attention to the size of the barrels so when I got it, I thought it was gonna be way too small, but I am shocked!!!! These came out the perfect size and are so PRETTYYYYYY😍😍😍 it doesn’t give a burnt smell or anything like that! It does have multiple heat settings, and a turbo mode, since this was a wig that I styled I did turn the heat all the way up, and I turned on the turbo mode, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that to your real hair unless you have the proper heat protectant and treatment.

Heats up quickly, even faster with turbo button. Don’t like how heavy the barrels are, I have weak grip strength, and I felt like I was going to drop it. The button position, my hands click it off while using. Also wish it was covered so I wouldn’t burn myself. I’m obviously not a pro… but hair was cute when it was done.
