It work as expected. I have installed it about 1 month now, it's hold the charge well, it's good to go.

Only took a few minutes to install. Good time to clear out any dust you see while you're replacing the battery. I no longer get the error message on my laptop battery being critically low and needing replacement. Works for my Dell Inspiron 15 7559. I'll report back later on how good the battery life is

Product was received on time. Seller reached out to check on my satisfaction. I think that's good customer service.. They also provided the tools to put in the battery. The battery life after first charge seems standard.

Product arrive on time. Most important thing about this product, does it hold charges? So far, yes, surfing online, working, or basic entertain, battery last about 6 hours which is good. Not recommend for intense game-play. Overall, the product meets my expectation.
