Easy to install/replace when needed. I have very hard water and these last me about 1 to 2 months based on usage/water quality at the time. I have noticed that these have no effect on water pressure at all but do a great job filtering out all the bad stuff. These are less money than other products that I have seen but not tried. I have gone through about 9 of these and they are great. When I first moved into my apartment I had really bad dandruff from the hard water but after using these, its all gone.

I have to say that this was such a great investment within my self-care journey! I bought the shower head that uses this filter and it was night and day for me! I live in Connecticut in a town that uses well water which in turn is hard water. Hard water dries out your skin, scalp, causes hair loss, even causes your nails to become brittle! I ended up spending and wasting so much money on lotions, scalp treatment, face creams, organic shampoos and conditioner, and never realized that it was the water causing my issues. Since using these, no more hair loss, I'm saving $150 dollars a month from not having to buy all that I mentioned above! I take a shower and I don't even have to use lotion when before if I forgot to use lotion my body would dry up and itch all night! It's so easy to install, simple twist and replace! It fits perfectly and does not restrict water flow at all. For me it last less than three months but that is due to the amount of hard water I have. So for me it lasts two months. You'll notice when it needs to be changed due to your skin getting dried! My scalp has been clear, no more itchy skin, hair loss has stopped.. Buy it! You'll thank me later

The EPA requires a minimum chlorine level of 0.2 ppm during disinfection changes and a maximum running average of 4 ppm. I would say where we live it’s on the higher chlorine level as you can taste it and this translates into dry skin and poor soap lathering. These filters make a tremendous difference and it’s noticeable immediately. It doesn’t affect water pressure and it’s simple to replace the filter. It’s an economical fix vs installing a water filtration system.

Arrived unboxed and loosely moving about. Not sure if that impacted the integrity. Works perfectly fine, just make sure to replace more often than they say if your water pressure starts to decline
