Good quality product
Lovely hydrating face wash. A little goes a long way. I have repurchased it four times. My husband with rosacea uses it too, it doesn’t irritate his skin.

Good but not for me
The cleanser is actually good but I prefer one of the othed hada labo cleansers to this as this runs out really quick. But overall, a good cleanser.

Horrible smell- DO NOT BUY
This product has an horrible fish smell and gave me a skin rash reaction that I could not stand and had to through in the bin. I have used this product before from a different supplier and did not have the same issue. Please make sure you do not buy from this supplier - smells really dodgy.

Not sure what has happened...
I absolutely used to love this product and found it to be a brilliant cleanser for my sensitive skin.Unfortunately the last one I purchased seems different and gave me a horrible itchy rash. My daughter also tried it and it did the same to her.Looking at the reviews it looks like we are not the only ones to experience this.I won't be buying it again.

Not sure if this is real product
The face wash I received is questionably real original product. I used the brand a few times before and never felt dry out before but this one damaged my skin after washing. The color of printing on the container also look like not real. Would suggest buyer be careful.

Comes unsealed and gave me a red, dry rash
The product comes unsealed. It gave me a red dry rash after persevering with using for a couple of weeks. I would not buy again!!
