i’ve been using this 12 pound weighted vest for a couple of months now, and overall I’m very happy with it. At first, it felt heavy and a little tricky to walk with on my walk pad, but I realized there’s a certain way to adjust it properly on your shoulders. Once I got the fit right, it became comfortable and easier to wear. It’s excellent for walking and even while doing task around the house. I haven’t tried it with strength training yet, but I can already tell it adds a good amount of resistance. The vest is adjustable, fits well, and I’ve noticed no bad smells. It does get sweaty, but that hasn’t been a problem, and it hasn’t stained my clothes. The only minor issue is that it can be a little tricky to adjust at times, but other than that, it’s a very solid vest that works well for me. I’m giving it five stars because it meets my needs and has only a small learning curve.

I love this. It has upped my workout game significantly. It’s comfortable, adjustable, and helps me keep good posture. The weight distribution is even and it’s easy to get on and off. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Got the 20 pound vest. Probably should have started lower but I recently lost 20-25 pounds so thought I'd add it back for walking/hiking. I am 5'2 and 145 (now). The vest does have a fairly strong chemical odor but that seems to be going away after about a week. 20 pounds is a lot heavier than I anticipated and my joints immediately felt the weight suddenly being added back on!. The vest is pretty comfortable and the weight distribution is good. I use this on my 1-2 mile dog walks and for that it is very comfortable. I have tried it on a longer (6 mile) walk with a few hills and I do experience some shoulder/upper back discomfort, which I hope will go away once my body adjusts. I couldn't imagine running in it but I am sure some brave souls do so!

I have been using this vest for a year now, and it has held up well. It is showing some cosmetic wear, but functionally is holding together fine. The magnetic stripes look the worst. This review is for the 12 pound vest. This one is sized well for women, but I can’t comment on the other weights. Materials seem sturdy , and construction has held up with regular use. I will say that it stank to high heaven for the first three months. I had to hang it up in the garage for several months to let it air out. It smelled like it was filled with ground up rubber tires. Over the summer, if I left it in the car, my entire car would stink like used tires. Thankfully, the smell did eventually wear off, and the vest is holding up well. I haven’t had any issues with it just be prepared to be a little patient and let it air out. I purchased another one and it did not have the problem, so you may get lucky and not get the smell at all. I am 5’4, 122 lbs, 34DD and it fits fine. Plenty of adjustability in the front strap for larger people. I have it snugged up fairly well. I use weight vests 5-6 days a week, so they do get put to the test 😎 Bought Dec 2024 - Photos are after about 8 months of use (had to air it out for a few months)

Quality and works/fits great. I was influenced by social media but I’m glad! It’s an easy way to a little extra to my day. I wear it walking the treadmill or out walking the dog. I wear it doing yard work and sometimes during body weight workouts. I’d recommend this brand solely off the comfort but the design and durability are there too. Plus my phone DOES fit in the phone pocket - win!

Great quality at a good price. I have noticed a difference when wearing this while walking on the treadmill. I find my heartrate gets into zone 2-3 quickly without having to walk faster just by wearing the vest and taking the incline up a bit. It's easy to adjust on the fly and is very comfortable. My husband uses it during his workouts for things like lunges and squats. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the vest so it makes it easy to stay balanced.

Purchased two of these in the 16 lb size. WHEW!!! Recently lost 20 lbs and all I could think was I WAS CARRYING THIS MUCH WEIGHT ALL THE TIME???? I didn't want to start with a lower weight because I knew we'd grow out of them pretty quickly. (Hubby and I). So we've been wearing them to walk dogs. Have not gone more than 2 miles yet with them on. They are really strong / sturdy and the straps adjust really well. No issues at all with strap length. You'll need to play around with it a bit to be sure the weight is distributed well so that it's not tugging on your shoulders or causing your back to hurt. Definitely effective! Reminds you not to slouch and to walk with good form!!!! They're kind of bulky so you won't really want to try and pack them to travel with them. We're really enjoying them and find them to be a great addition to our workouts!

So far so good!!! No smell noticeable like other reviews. It’s bearable. Fit is great. I was skeptical at first with the size. I have a big chest/ shoulders. 240lb for reference. Fits perfectly. Can even throw my hoody over. I wear it on my incline treadmill work. It jumped my Heart rate by 20 points just by wearing the vest on the same workout I do without the vest. I recommend

I wanted a weighted vest to help me keep calm and focus. The market for adult vests is quite niche. I ordered the 4lb vest because I wanted to keep the impact on my shoulders less. It feels like wearing a backpack with a few books in it. I am a smaller person so the front clip was a good fit, but for larger chest sizes the vest strap my not fit. The extra phone strap thing is cool. The zippers clink together and make noise, so I covered on in tape. Would not recommend using while jumping.

So far so good. I’ve only used it twice so far when walking but I’m currently very pleased with it with it. It’s been comfortable. I was nervous about odor based on some of the other reviews. It had a slight smell when I first took it out of the box but nothing since. I didn’t realize it came with a “pocket “ you could Velcro on. It fits my iPhone no problem. I’m sure I could also fit my key and some tissues in there if I need to. I purchased the 12lb vest. Less than 10% of my body weight. I am glad I didn’t go heavier and my goal is for 12 to be 10% in a few months!

I started running and working out with this forgot I’d have it on until I felt the extra burn. Only issue I have is when you use it next to skin you get a bunch of black residue on your body. also could be a bit heavier but you get what you pay for.
