I have rosacea and I've tried so many products that I've lost count. They either made my face more red or there was no noticeable difference. Now, I've finally found a brand that works for me :) Not only do I have the redness from rosacea, but also the extremely dry, flakey skin and red bumps. I use four of the CeraVe skin products: Renewing SA Cleanser for normal skin, Skin Renewing Night cream, Skin Renewing Cream Serum, and the Hydrating Sunscreen SPF 30. No more dry, flakey skin, red bumps, and only minimal redness. I apply this serum after cleansing and before I apply my makeup. I wait about 20 - 30 minutes before applying my makeup and it goes on flawlessly. I am so happy that I finally found a product that works with my sensitive skin!

This is the best skin product ever. I have signs of rosacea and this totally takes the redness away!! Don’t ask me how, but all I know is, it works! I actually found this product by accident. My Dermatologist gave me a prescription for Rosacea and when I went to fill it at the Pharmacist, he said it was going to be $108.00 for a small tube! I said never mind. I happened to buy this CeraVe Serum and put it on for my face, for the fine lines on my face. Not only did it help with that, but my signs and of the Rosacea had disappeared as well! Now I use it just for that. I apply it only to the areas where I need it. Love it!!! Thank you CeraVe for saving me A LOT of money!

I received my Cerave Renewing Serum in the mail a week ago. Before I put the product on my face, it was clear that this is the worst packaging of any face product I've ever used! But don't be deterred, you can pop off the difficult nozzle and dab the lotion on with your fingertips or qtip. Once you move beyond the difficult squeeze-tube, I think you will like the cream.Upon application there is a very subtle, "warm" glow that emanates from your face. Its a nice effect and signals that the retinol extract is working. In 7 days of use, I feel my premature fine lines are growing softer. Excited to see my results at the end of this tube, which seems to last a long time despite being 1oz. Per product instructions, I only apply the product on my problem areas (bridge of nose, forehead, smile lines) and have avoided any acne prone areas. It has not caused any breakouts or skin irritation.The lotion easy absorbs in skin and does not leave residue, so great for day time use under makeup. I have been using the AM and PM moisturizers, but this product seems to be doing most of the work for my face. You will need a devoted moisturizer for your face, since this cream's primarily for treating problem spots. As my first retinol purchase, this lotion seems like a great way to introduce anti-aging into your routine without busting the bank!

This cream is not magic in a bottle but it is probably the best thing on the market under 100 dollars (if not more). It is certainly the best thing you could possibly buy at a drug store (belive me-I tried so many things). In fact, it is likely that it is better than most things at ANY store! I have a lot of chemical sensitivities to smells and to anything I put on my skin and Cerave products (including this serum) not only do not break my skin but also actually work! The fact they don't have a scent is an added (and for me/important) bonus! After doing a lot of research I knew I would need a face serum with retinoids for exfoliation and for combatting age (early 30s). I am fortunate to have good genetics (and a mother that made me use sunblock all the time growing up) and after using this, and other Cerave products, actually have gotten compliments and statements about looking quite a bit younger (a whole decade even) than I really am! I really believe this cream has HELPED me to look younger. I have used Cersve moisturizer for awhile so it seemed natural that I would try this. It was a great decision! My skin looks great and just glows. I use it every night and a tube has lass almost 3 months (one application is the size of a large pea). I'm not sure exactly what MVE technology is, but it works! Ceramides are a sort of fatty acid in the cell so I suppose it helps plump the skin-what ER they are they must work well in this cream too. If you are on the fence about buying this product I would really recommend that you go ahead and try it (FYI-it's 3 dollars cheaper on Amazon thanI have seen it anywhere else)! Next to just a horrible skin reaction(spot test first!) you won't be disappointed! I pair this product with Cerave PM Moisturizer at night and a Vitamin C serum during the day along with the Cerave AM Moisturizing Lotion. I also use the Cerave eye cream, and Cerave moisturizing Face Wash and the regular Cerave Mosturizimg Body lotion! For tt price point, and after years of trying different things, as well as reading about different ingredients I am sold on these products. I have a new niece and nephew due in March and he/she will receive a basket of the Cerave baby products! I wish Cerave would make a product with Vitamin C in it and Masks with Glycolic Acid, that way I would be able to use just their products!

I bought this after watching Angie's (hotandflashy) segment on YouTube featuring this product. I thought it made sense to use it if you have a sensitive neck, and you don't want to use your Tretinoin on your neck, but you still want some anti-wrinkle antiaging product for that area. After using it for awhile, I must say I don't really notice a difference. On my face, I use Tretinoin (Retin-A), so I cannot speak for how it might work on the face if you don't use Retin-A. I notice that I forget to use it for days at a time, because, after using it for a solid month, I didn't notice improvement in the appearance of my lines on my neck. That said, it's an ok moisturizer, but I doubt I'd buy it again.
