Avalon Organics Intense Defense Balancing Toner, 8.5 oz.

The toner was ok overall. I didn't notice any major changes within my skin but the toner did keep my skin moisturized without over drying it. The scent was good and not too strong but I would have preferred it without a scent. However, the packaging needs to be changed. I recieved my toner opened and with liquid everywhere. Don't think this toner can be traveled with because the top will open and spill the toner everywhere. Because of the packaging, I don't think I will buy it again.

I have been using Avalon Organics for years! The balancing Toner is usually clear without any smell. The ones that I received have a faint brownish coloring with a faint smell. Avalon says that it is their product.

Purchased to replace Eve Hansen vitamin C line which is double this cost. Only reason I gave 3 stars for moisture is that its a toner which are not traditionally moisturizing. It does not dry out my skin so it’s perfect. Works just as well as the EH vit. C line and the ingredients are good EWG rated (see ewg.org) which is important to me. Will keep purchasing. I am 46 with a good amt. of wrinkles, dry/fair skin. My daughter also likes and she has combo/fair & fighting acne, this helps her alot! Would recommend over other toners & with their vitamin c cleanser!

This toner is great. I use it as my second step in my skincare routine and it I love it so much. It makes my skin feel refreshed and isn't too harsh. I also really like the smell. It's citrus like but not too strong.Update: It was fine for a while but maybe it is not so good for sensitive skin. I have noticed a sudden increase and flare up of intense, red, painful acne that has popped up since replacing my former toner with this one. The acne is similar to that of almost a rash and seems to be leaving some dark pigmentation. It is sad because I really do quite like the product but be wary if you have sensitive skin.

Over one months use...I was hesitant to purchase this product for fear it would stop working due to problematic skin issues. This product is fantastic. Place in your refrigerator to maintain a cool, refreshing experience. It, along with a snail based moisturizer, has helped maintain a clear and clean face. I do not wear foundation so as not to add residue. I am almost finished with the bottle. I use it twice a day after washing.

For the price and the amount I wasnt expecting great results but I am shook!The smell is refreshing.... it gets all extra dirt and makeup off skinAnd I noticed brightening effects. I do not have bad skin I do not suffer from acne or have scars but I love to a clean face..I use thia toner along with Kojic San and Vitamin C/Hyloronic acid serum everynight and my skin is flawless with and without makeup

GLAD YOU CARRY IT as it is now hard to find. Takes away dry skin but not too much moisture. GREAT TONER

I used this for the first time last night and I have to say it’s a really good product. I use the Avalon cleansing milk before the toner, so it might be more effective that way. I used a cotton round and I could see all the gunk it was clearing out of my pores, and my skin felt super refreshed.

Excellent, I usually use the Avalon lavender toner but was unable to purchase it anywhere, tried this one and I find it is very good also. I would recommend.
