Used this to power my puking skeleton decoration and it worked perfectly. Strong flow, quiet operation, and the tubing fits easily. Made the Halloween setup look way more realistic — solid, reliable little pump. Fast operation as well as easy to clean and install. Would definitely say this is a pretty good value for the money if anyone wants to use for a DIY skeleton decoration.

Great water pump!!! I purchased this pump to make a Halloween Waterfall, it works amazing!!! In addition to the motor it comes with various sizes of nozzles, Opaque colored tubing (wish it were clear tubing), a mesh bag to store the motor and parts. After Halloween we will use it for our outdoor fountain. The motor is strong and pumps the water really well. I filled the sink with water to try it out, it was better than I expected. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Completely recommend.

We needed a small pump for a very tight space. This worked, but it only lasted for 8 hours. It could be because the water was dirty (automatic pool cover bay area by the motor) It could be because the water was dirty. If you need a pump for a tight space, this thing will do the trick, definitely better than those stick pump things; those were a waste.

​I’ve used this pump for less than a month. I initially saw reviews mentioning plug issues (like Stephanie’s), but I assumed they were outliers. I was wrong—this is a serious safety defect. ​I was working and cleaning in the immediate area of the pump. While I was moving, I stepped on the cord—not a stomp or a heavy impact, just a normal incidental step while working. I felt the cord under my foot and immediately started to lift it, but it was already too late. The plug head completely sheared off from the wire, followed by a large spark and my circuit breaker tripping. ​Why this is a major problem: ​Mechanical Failure: A power cord should easily withstand the pressure of being stepped on without decapitating the plug. The material here is incredibly brittle; instead of flexing, it acted like a guillotine on the internal wires. ​Serious Safety Risk: This happened while I was right next to the unit. Since this is a submersible pump, the combination of brittle wiring and water is a recipe for a fatal accident. ​Not an Isolated Incident: Based on other reviews, this isn't "user error"—it's a recurring manufacturing flaw. ​I’m lucky I didn't get electrocuted. If you are using this near a pond or aquarium, please be aware that the cord quality is sub-standard and dangerous.

bought this for my husband to use with his chop saw.. He cuts larger rocks down to smaller widths and needed water to keep the blade from getting too hot. He rigged up tubing and this pump to get water around the blade and it works great...

Very helpful in washing my sister's hair while she has been bed bound. It connects easily to a hose with a spray nozzle. Water flow is slow but works. Good value for the money.
