Super easy to assemble and super sturdy. The only way this would not be stable/sturdy is if you put even 1 of the plastic sleeves on upside down. The sleeve is tapered ever so slightly so that the fittings of the shelf and top will fit snuggly down onto them. It says they are tapered in the directions and the sleve is stamped to tell you which end goes up but that is very hard perceive. I put the first 3 of 4 on upside down on the first go and the bottom shelf would not seat correctly. But turned them around and voila! Sturdy. I purchased the box of 25 Amazon hanging files and there is no way they wil be falling off. Very good value.

I was looking for something reasonably priced to replace my bulky file cabinet to go under the desk and this did it! I was concerned about some of the reviews, but it exceeds my expectations. I have about 15 or so letter-size folders to the front and about 25 legal to the back. Nothing slips, slides, nothing to use a zip tie on. It wheels nicely, no wobbling. The build took maybe 10 minutes watching TV? The bottom shelf has enough room to store some reams of paper or small boxes. All the files keep the divider in place. The best thing is, nothing to fall into the back or bottom, get misplaced and stays neat and tidy because you see it and hangs. LOVE IT!

The rack is smaller than I had imagined in my head, but ended up being the perfect size for my little room. I love the little storage area underneath, where I keep my labelmaker, post it notes, my journal and index cards. The wheels function great and it took 5 minutes to assemble. It's important to note that while the slider in the middle does move left and right, two rows of standard manila/hanging folders can't go together horizontally, if that makes sense. One side has to be hung vertically, which worked in my favor, but may not be ideal to some. Overall I'm sure I'll get years of use out of it!!

This isn't super sturdy, but is adequate to the job I needed and absolutely fair for the price. This allows me to keep my active seasonal files immediately at hand while tucked under my desk return. I no longer have piles of files cluttering my work tops. It rolls well when loaded on both hard floor and office carpet.

I read the reviews and was somewhat skeptical about ordering it because of complaints that the folder divider was not secure and the file folders kept falling off. My package came on time and was delivered in the product box. No damages and it was super easy to put together. The quality is as you would expect for the price. It's a little wobbly, but I stabilized it with reams of copier paper on the handy bottom shelf and it does the job nicely. Now, the reported problem with the "flimsy" divider. You would have this problem, no matter the cost, but for a simple solution 1) you really don't need the divider bar unless you are going for aesthetics (see pictures); and 2) simply bend both ends of the divider bar (it's flexible) to make it more secure (see video). Sure it's going to rattle, but the files stay put and don't fly all over the place. Will highly recommend for a great budget buy and will definitely but again.

I never write reviews, but I had a 10-year-old version of this organizer from another company and I didn't think that a version today would be as good, but I was happily wrong. This organizer is great - I was able to put together myself and it is very study and holds a lot of the folders that I use every day. If I needed another one I would but this again. Lisa

Fantastic. Extremely sturdy, nicely designed, and most importantly, adjustable to suit my needs, for which it was not really made. I have a fairly large computer case - Nanoxia Deep Silence 5 - which measures 22D x 9W x 21.5H, and I struggled to find a stand with wheels that was just the right size. There are stands big enough, but the bottom of the case has two flimsy plastic guide arms which hold an air filter. While this is a great idea, the arms should not be supporting the computer's weight, which is what happened with other stands. Enter the Oceanstar Rolling File Cart. In the attached picture (sorry, Oceanstar, for the cardboard, as I had not yet gotten a shelf liner), you can see that this cart perfectly accommodates the computer. Both shelves can be moved up or down, though going much higher might make it top-heavy for me. I can open the top front door with no problem, and if I want to open the bottom front door to clean the fan filters, the cart's top shelf very easily lifts off. In fact, I probably won't even use the top shelf. I only threw it on there for added stability, but now it seems unnecessary. I don't think I could possibly get a better purchase for the price. Satisfaction is, a great value.

I love this item. Instructions for putting it together were very clear (I had bought another one that had horrible instructions and I could never get it put together correctly). It is the perfect size for work. I didn't use it as pictured with two sections because I just needed the letter size folders because I have a lot of them. Very sturdy, rolls well. This is the best thing I have purchased in forever and it perfectly organized my work folders. I would highly recommend this file cart.

like the ease of rolling it. fits quit a bit of hanging folders on it. I use both legal and letter at the same time.
