This Tender Leaf Cottontail Cottage is absolutely adorable!! I had a little trouble with the two tiny pieces but figured it out when I remembered that the screws should go in the way where they sink into the wood. I would love to see an assembly video on YouTube!! Otherwise assembly went well. It took a little tweaking to figure out exactly where to put the very front. I had to unscrew and adjust a few times. I do love the doll house and am very happy with everything. I love all the furnishings too!!

Purchased for my daughters birthday. Played with less than 5 minutes and the entire front of the house snapped off. Emailed Tender Leaf customer service and waiting to hear back.

This cottage is even cuter in person than it is in photos. I love that it comes with furniture. My husband said the instructions were not very good but he managed.

Adorable. Love this dollhouse because it is sturdy and well built. It is more of a piece of art in my daughter’s room as well as a toy. Love it and so does she!

Update: Immediately the door broke when my child tried to play with it. Overall, I’m honestly fairly disappointed with the quality but for the price I shouldn’t have expected too much.I just received this as a Christmas gift for my kids. I would say overall it’s a 6/10. It’s definitely plywood which is what most “wooden” kids toys are these days. It seems fairly sturdy and I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes. However, the instructions need work. They’re a little difficult to interpret. In addition, they need to include better hardware. I am not new to assembling these sorts of things and I managed to almost strip several of the screws. I get the idea that they are trying to be a premium toy brand but it definitely needs some tweaking to be considered premium in my opinion. However, for the price I would say it’s pretty fair. It’s certainly not Made in the USA hardwood quality but decent for what you pay.
