Fast response on Seller ND really fast delivery
Just wow. I thought i bought the wrong ones so I contacted seller. Ended up changing my mind. So happy I did. Seller got back to me so fast. Within a day or 2. Fast shipping. Shipped out next day. And was suppose to be here in 2 weeks. June 3rd. Got it today. May 16. Came from Florida to Hawaii in a matter of days. Definitely recommend this company. Culture looks good and it's all packaged nicely. Yet to put to agar. But I'm sure it should work wonders. If I do my part right. Lol. Will definitely be back for more spieces when needed. Thank you for the service.

it came in time, the guys were really nice, but the instructions were poor on the website, and i killed my mushrooms. )

I shot my substrate but it looked good and healthy.

Great Customer Service
I had good luck with the grain spawn development of Elm Oyster and King Oyster, but had trouble with the other three. I contacted the seller, and they promptly shipped me replacements for those three. I just got the new cultures in the mail and inoculated 3 new grain spawns today.

one page instructions that were just how to use the needles
I really wanted to like this - but both the Amazon site and the company website do not explain the entire end to end usage of these, and messages to customer care have gone mostly unanswered. And if I knew I needed to buy grow boxes and substrate for these to work, I would never have bought, but there is nothing in the instructions about that. Or where to store when growing. Or if you need to cut the substrate at some point. Or temperatures. Pretty much these are not for novices or anyone expecting assistance in getting them growing. Total investment and lack of customer service made it completely unworth it.
