Good product, great customer support
Bought this product almost 11 months back, which was working great but It suddenly stopped working and As it was in warranty period I raised my concern on this. Got my issue resolved successfully and seamlessly. My old non-working product is been replaced by new one promptly. Thanks to GV Aquatec for helping me through this. Thoroughly satisfied.

Very Disappointed with Product Quality, Customer Service and it's half mentioned information
⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed with Product Quality, Customer Service and it's half mentioned information for warranty( basically fake promise) I purchased the Kent Elegant Electric Glass Kettle from Amazon and received it on 25th June 2025. Initially, it worked fine, but on 4th October 2025, while boiling water, I suddenly noticed water dripping from the table. When I checked, I found that the kettle had developed cracks at the bottom, right where the glass is joined to the metal part. It had been only 3 months since I started using it — definitely not something you expect from a reputed brand like Kent. The product supposedly comes with a 1-year warranty, but when I contacted the assigned Kent service provider, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They bluntly told me that the glass part doesn’t come under warranty, which was very disappointing. So basically, Kent advertises a “1-year warranty” but doesn’t stand by it when issues actually occur. It feels like the company is misleading customers with false warranty claims. I’m writing this review so that others don’t get fooled like I did. Think twice before buying this product — both the product quality and after-sales service are highly disappointing.

Wonderful product and long lasting Kettle.
Excellent product and this is 2nd time i am ordering this. The 1st one i used lasted for 8 years. After that i ordered a new one got little bit damaged piece and raised service request. Praveen from Kent service team contacted multiple times to track if i received the replacement. Superb service team and prpduct as a whole from Kent. Changed my rating to 5 star now. Thank you Kent for such good product and service.

Cracked glass
The product worked well for 2.5 years. Now the glass has developed a crack and is not usable now.
