Definitely light gray, not white. Came with all pieces but lesson learned.

Good White Mylar Balloon
I liked these balloons. They served their purpose. I inflated them with air and not helium because I didn’t need them to float. They were not flimsy and cheap so they did not tear easily nor did they deflate after inflation. I had them personalized for my event. You get a lot for your money.

DO NOT BUY
I never write reviews but this product is completely USELESS. they don’t float even with helium!! I wasted so much money buying a $50 helium tank from party city and tons of money paying for stickers of my company’s logo to place on these useless balloons For an event!! DO NOT BUY THESE!!

Doesn't float
They didn't float, yes I used a helium tank and I inflated a number foil balloon just to see if it was the tank but that one floated just fine. Very disappointed!
