Used to take similar item to another brand but the stopped making it and I find this to be a great replacement. Like that they are capsules and you can take smaller amounts more frequently. No upset stomach and great mineral suppliments.

I was looking for a good, all-around, daily, multi-mineral & Solaray Mega Multi Mineral (No Iron,) has been a good addition to my diet. Do note that it's suggested 4 capsules a day, so plan accordingly. If you're a woman past 50, there's no need for extra iron, so this was exactly what I was looking for.

I have my share of using Solaray products. This will be one to keep consistently. We all need micro nutrients to balance out our body's chemistry. We can't always get these minerals in our foods or enough of it. This fills in the gap. Anyone who has hormone imbalance whether told to take hormone pills or know their hormones are out of place, this is worth taking. No bad side effects. Give it a week to settle in and it balances out the hormones. Our bodies can be flustered and overwhelmed at any given time in life. It's not always reaching a certain age or going through a lot of stress for the body to feel out of balance. If anyone feels overwhelmed for no reason on a daily basis and wondering why, this may be good to try. Whether our bodies are producing enough of what we need or the pituitary gland isn't up to par to balance out hormones, this may be a great, cost effective way to try. 1 of the ingredients in the list is Boron. Boron can be good for balancing hormones. If you do intend to take that separately, consider the glycinate or some blend of Boron that would process better. Some are chelate acid, others are glycinate, aspartate and so forth. If the body processes it well enough, there should be no side effects to feel shortly after taking. Most don't think of micro nutrients being important. It can go a long way when your body lacks the minerals and need a natural boost vs meds and hormone pills. Rule of thumb, try the natural supplements before going for meds and anything that leaves you wondering what the prod. or med is made up of. The effects of supplements won't cause so much damage leaving your body or staying in vs. meds being a mystery of what it can do and not realize it over time. Sometimes the best solutions for our bodies are in the form of natural supplements if not foods. Medicine is only good temp. and if it causes bad effects, it defeats the purpose of taking a better path on health.

It seems to be a good product since WholeFoods is carrying it but it smells like urine. Not sure it's mine or everyone else feels too.
