I ordered it because I am going to get into Hydroponic Growing and it is much easier to understand what is needed to begin growing. I enjoy that it gives info on what needs to be used to get started. I think it is a great read to get started if you are interested in Hydroponics!! Review: Great book, however short. - Keeps things simple which I love. Wish it had more system drawings, however it still was a great help to,a new person in this field. I gave it 5 stars , however the same content could be gotten off of YouTube. Great little reference book for a new person though, like myself.

Really, really tiny book
The book has good information, but it is really tiny. The size is 4.5" (w) x 5.0" (h), and you need a magnifying glass to read comfortably. Author/printer could have invested in a larger print and therefore more pages - right now there are 80 pages in total - or larger page size and therefore same pages. Not really acceptable for a reference book, I think that it is smaller than a baby book. Oh well, it was cheap enough to keep, scan and then read on computer.

Very Elementary!
The book is OK if you don’t know much at all about hydroponics, but for me it was very old and elementary stuff. I should’ve probably researched it mean more before I bought it. It is also a very small book, only about 80 pages and about four or 5 inches tall and maybe 4 inches wide. Didn’t really help me at all. Some people might get more out of it however.

Micro-Mini Pocket Book with extremely basic information
Make sure you read the description carefully. This is a mini book or Pocket Guide. its is barley an overview of Hydroponic Basics and is a complete waist of money. Make sure you have a new set of reading glasses, the print is very small!!

Great book !
Very objective and complete ! It could have a larger size for the letters. A little bit hard to read (at least for me) !

More of a pamphlet than a book.
This book is smaller than a smart phone, and calling it basic, is a huge understatement. It covers very little on hydroponic systems, only rudimentary design and layout. The type of grow systems are highly limited and does't cover much on nutrients, water, and so on. This would be suited for elementary kids if one where trying to teach them what hydroponics is and the principle behind it. If you already know about hydroponics, as I do, and have read anything else about the subject, don't waste your time, there is nothing to see here, no new information, move along. It's almost like a forward to a real book on hydroponics.

Really, really basic. The book is so small (smaller than A5 and 20 odd pages) and everything is so cramped that it makes it hard to understand. You better off searching on the internet.

Great introduction packed with information for the uninitiated. Bit small to read but not a problem. Recommend

A very accessible book with all the basics to run a small home-grown hydroponic systems. As the title says, you won't find here any detailed description of working of nutrients, plant selection, how to chosen it, but it indeed is an effective visual guide which address every step of 'making your own' hydroponic system, and of 'making it work' (which is definitively the hardest part). A practical aid for the hydroponics do-it-yourself practitioners!
