I’m taking it for close to two years every day and my blood test which are very comprehensive turn out really well. I think in part it’s due to this product, but of course that’s impossible to isolate because it’s not the only supplement I take. At this point, I keep taking this because, my health is excellent and better than many people my age or younger, so I’m not going to mess with the formula that works. I would have to be a chemist with a biology emphasis to really give factual response on the performance of it which I’m not. I am, however very interested in maintaining my health and doing a decent job of it thank God. I have no problem recommending this , as it looks like all the ingredients I have read about that are beneficial are contained within it, and the price point is very reasonable, not cheap but reasonable

I've been researching the benefits of supplementing amino acid for cell rejuvenation especially for muscle tissues. In September 2020 I had a double jaw surgery and my facial muscles suffered a lot. Basically they had to reattach and that takes a long time, so the muscle fatigue was intense. Now that I am no longer on a liquid diet I decided to start taking a daily amino acid to help heal. The benefits of most supplements take months to see major differences, however this past week I do feel like my energy levels increased and the muscle fatigue has reduced. I will have to do a 6 month review to share my progress, but so far so good. The only negative I have is the size of the pill, its large and I have difficulty swallowing because of the surgery. To make it easier I cut the pill in half, no a big deal.
