Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt, Vol. 14 (14)

Great Improvement over vol. 13
With the artist change in his style due to his injured hand in vol. 13, there was a certain expectation on how the art would be in 14. I can say that it has dramatically improved over what we saw in vol. 13. Vol. 14 is an incredible continuation and the art has improved dramatically. Very impressed and now anxious for January to come for vol. 15. Very pleased and excited to continue the story

Art is slowly improving again.
The previous volume was quite unfortunate as due to health problems with the artist, the art quality suddenly degraded a good bit. He is slowly adapting and improving, but it is still a far cry from the absolutely beautiful art of earlier volumes.I've all but given up on the story as it probably should have ended long ago, and is increasingly feeling like the typical shonen jump manga or a full length season of Gundam rather than a short and sweet side story. Which is to say it's desperately continuing out of love for it's characters despite the main story being over. That said, I do keep reading out of love for the characters and the generally excellent mecha redesigns (with the exception of the Atlas which I wish was not canon.)
