I bought these cause they were cheap and I keep loosing (read the cat keeps hiding) the other clippers. They are FANTASTIC.Senorita Meow Meow, is not a fan of having her nails clipped, I am not a fan of holes in my furniture from her jumping with super long claws so I clip her pretty often, before these clippers it was always a battle. It is still a battle, but the small sharp head on these and the scissor style makes it much easier to see what I'm doing while she squirms and cries bloody murder. With these I am in, out and she's back to the Zoomies.The cutters themselves are sharp and do not splinter her nails like the guillotine type tend to do. The handles aren't fancy but they are small and easy to adjust which makes them easier to handle. I only need them in my hand for like two minutes tops anyway.

DO NOT BUY THESE CLIPPERS!!! These clippers are crap. I have been trimming my cats claws for years with a different brand without any issues. They were just getting a little dull so I decided to get a new pair of clippers.On first use of these clippers, it just shreaded the first claw instead of cutting it. Tried on more claw with the same result.Went back to my 6 year old clipper and threw this new pair in the trash.

This product is not worth the $3.00 I spent on it. There is a catch in the clippers somewhere, not allowing them to smoothly open or close. They also cut very poorly, and do not cut the nails smoothly. They leave a jagged end to the nail because it doesn't cut cleanly.

Not Sharp enough to cut nails properly. It is breaking the nails and not useful at all. This review is not to blemish the seller or product. I know how to cut nails since I have cats for more than 10 years. Just wanted to try this product and bought this for $4.99. But I have to say that it is not working properly. I couldn't return the product because I couldn't catch the deadline for the return window of Amazon. Not recommended.

I have two cats that hate getting their nails trimmed. Since buying this, only one still fights me. The other one is now perfectly fine with it. Great quality, durable and easy to use. I have arthritis in my hands and find these easy to use even in my worst day.

It's what they wanted. I expect they have to use these a lot of the cats in the shelter. That should say tons about the value.

I bought these to replace one that I've lost... the blades are dull and the hinge is loose.. I started cutting his fingernails, and it didn't cut the nail clean.. it sort of splintered! I didn't dare to try to cut his toenails. Please look elsewhere for the sake of your pet!

But they are misaligned so when you open them the tips hit unless you try to twist/bend as you snip which is supper hard especially holding a wiggly puppy
