My mother use to make home made Polish kluski noodles to go with her home made chicken soup. I've tried several brands of kluski's and these are the closest to the home made taste that I have found.

if you’ve neve eaten kluski noodles and your chicken noodle soup. You gotta try this.As we all know,, nipples when cooked or somewhat slimy they slipped your fingers, etc.Koloski noodles have a different texture. They’re more the old European type of noodles that have a little different texture and goes very well with any soups that you would normally use egg noodles with.So why do I say three is the new four?You look at the picture it looks like there’s four bags there, but you only get threeIf it had four bags, I’d give it a five but you gotta try these noodles

I used these to pressure can some chicken noodle soup. I’ve never used this type of noodle before and let me just say they are brilliant. Great texture and taste.I’m sure in a fresh cooked soup they’d be even better.
