Great Iron supplement- tastes good, not chalky, so kids willingly take it and it doesn't upset their sensitive bellies/GI systems.

I had been having issues with my breathing, feeling like I couldn't take in a full breath even when breathing deeply. I realized after looking it up that can be a symptom of low iron. Since I was also experiencing a couple other symptoms, I purchased these hoping they would work better than iron supplements I had taken in the past. Within 2 days of taking these, I started feeling a difference. I finally had the "satisfied" feeling after breathing deep, which meant my blood was more oxygenated. I also noticed an eyelid twitch that had been bothering me for 2 weeks had started to subside, and foot cramps were happening less often. I don't love the way these taste, but they're tolerable and don't have a strong iron/metallic taste at all. AND I can take them on an empty stomach without them making me nauseous. I'm purchasing my second bottle because I really do believe they work well.

This was recommended by our pediatrician after my youngest's labs came back low. He doesn't really like typical iron rich foods and has some sensory issues. This taste's pleasant enough that he eats it everyday and got the older siblings involved to encourage him. My older kiddo's have no issues tolerating the taste, their tummies don't react, and it raised all their iron levels. We are really happy with the product.

Good product for a good price. Good flavor, chewable. Great products for those who can’t swallow pills. Easy to take.

these vitamins have been great for my daughter that was low on iron. They are safe enough for a toddler and taste good so that I don't have to force her to eat them all the time, and she actually looks forward to them in the morning! The bottle is child proof and safe. And upon taking these for a few months, when we went back for her iron re-check, it was in a much better spot! We will continue to use these!

I am giving 4 Stars for now, but we haven't been on it long enough to see if it's working yet. My daughter doesn't mind the flavor and says it doesn't make her constipated.

This was recommended for my daughter's use by a National Institutes of Health nutritionist. It works great and is easy for her to take. We had to temporarily switch to a different brand that wasn't the same 18 mg strength for awhile when supplies ran out in Fall 2025. I'm so glad to see it back in production.

This vitamin is great quality, and I guest the best thing is that they have made it taste great, so my son actually enjoys taking it. So in the end, that’s why we keep coming back! Quality, consistency and yum factor! So if you need a boost of iron as an adult or your child needs iron I recommend grabbing this opposed to the multivitamins including iron, because most of those are not tastebud friendly. Believe me- we’ve tried SOOO MANY. This is also very gentle on the stomach! I’ve also taken it and think it tastes good, it’s tart but I like tart!
